Child Safety Standards & Contact

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Shri Poona Kutchi Jain Samaj (“we”, “us”, “Samaj”) operates this website and related member services, including the mobile application. This page sets out our safety standards and designated contact information for safety-related concerns, including matters relevant to child safety and the protection of minors, as required for transparency on app distribution platforms.

Report safety concerns

If you believe someone is at risk, a minor is being harmed or exploited, or you wish to report content or behaviour that violates these standards, contact us using the details below. We take reports seriously and will review them promptly.

1. Purpose and audience

Our services are intended for members and families of Shri Poona Kutchi Jain Samaj and the wider community we serve. The platform is not directed at children as a primary audience. Where minors appear in family or community listings, such information is provided by parents or legal guardians as part of Samaj membership records. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of devices and accounts.

2. Safety standards we uphold

We prohibit and do not tolerate:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualisation of minors.
  • Grooming, enticement, or predatory behaviour toward minors.
  • Sharing, requesting, or storing intimate images of minors.
  • Harassment, bullying, or threats directed at minors or others.
  • Content or conduct that otherwise endangers the safety or well-being of children.

Member-submitted information is subject to verification and moderation where the Samaj’s processes apply (including membership approval). We may remove content, restrict accounts, or escalate to authorities when we become aware of violations or credible risks.

3. Reporting and response

Reports may be sent to the contact information at the top of this page. Please include, where safe to do so: a brief description of the concern, relevant dates, and any links or screenshots (without sharing illegal material).

We aim to acknowledge serious safety reports in a timely manner and to take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, preservation of records where required, and notification to law enforcement when warranted.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (e.g. police) first.

4. Cooperation with authorities

We will cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child-safety organisations in accordance with applicable law.

5. Changes

We may update this page to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when material changes are made.
